Cristie Blazer is hearing impaired actress. She was born in Denton, Texas and raised in Denton, Allen, McKinney, All of Texas.
She was born deaf with some hearing in the left ear (30%) and blind in the left eye. Also, She has worn a hearing aid in the left ear since age four. She has always been able to lip read but had to be taught American Sign Language. She has normal speech with slight speech impairment which is amazing because of her severe hearing loss. It is very rare for a deaf person's speech to be normal. She attended public schools.
She started her training on stage at the stage ten by studying dance - Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Belly dance for seven years. While she was taking dancing, she became involved with four years of art in middle school and high school, choir in junior high school and drama for three years in high school.
In September 2006, the doctor told Cristie that she had lost more hearing in the left ear in two places and may be candidate for cochlear implants in the future.
Since January 2007, Cristie has appeared in three feature films: Geeta in Paradise, The Many Strange Stories of Triangle Woman and Bicycle Bobby. Second, she appeared in other films: Mary Kay, Date.CON, Ian Blackwell and The Bicycle Chain Occurrence, And Rain. Third, She has appeared on three television shows: Eye for An Eye, Barney and Friends and Inspector Mom.
In theatre, she played in the show of The Trial of Big Bad Wolf as Old Mother Hubbard.
She is Irish, Scotch, Native American Indian and Anglo American.

Currently, the movie Rain and TV show Inspector Mom is in Blockbuster store. Cristie appeared in three episodes of Inspector Mom in the audience and they are "The Corpe's Costume" Part 2 "Maddie Hits The Runway", Part 3 " A death of Designer" and "A Pinch of Death" Part 7 "Lunchtime Confrontations" as restuarant customer. In Rain Movie, Cristie appeared as restuarant customer.
